Garrett and Josh have done two renovations for me. The first was my kitchen eight years ago and I'm just as happy with it today as when it was first done. Last month they finished up a bathroom renovation. Like before, they listened to my wants and concerns. They're courteous, patient and trustworthy. But best of all, they deliver quality workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

We hired Remodel Rebel to restore our storm damaged home and they exceeded expectations. They communicated all details clearly and in a timely manner. Their work and that of their subcontractors was at a high level of craftsmanship. They promptly addressed any concerns we had about the project. My elderly mother virtually hired Remodel Rebel to remodel her entire home in Belleair Beach post Hurricane Helene due to an excellent reccommendation by her neighbor. The Hurricane damage and recovery was traumatic enough , then the first contractor we began work with stopped communicating and commencing work for a month, so hiring Garret and Josh was a huge stress relief and breath of fresh air . We went from living in a nightmare to a fairytale with Remodel Rebel. First off, their communication and clarity for all our questions was very honest, detailed, and clear. They were the only contractor we interviewed that seemed to understand & know how to successfully and effectively manage the laws and paperwork required by the city and county to commnece remodeling and repairs. We were so delighted to have more done with Garret in a week than we had tried to accomplish in a month with the previous contractor. In fact, our neighbors who used him ,was the first home to be remodeled post hurricane out of all our friends in the city who experienced damages. Since I took my mom to live with me in Califonia while the remodel was occuring, my primary communication was with Garret virtually. We had regular step by step, easy and efficent meetings. Their technology to share websites, information, and boards on each section of the home was organized and easy and quick to use to communicate back and forth. The websites they referred us to were top notch quality and the selection was amazing. Garret was so patient and kind with me and my mom and other family memebers who helped in each step of the process. There were always options given with each selction and purchase for a low, medium and high price point. There was no pressure and he kept us on track. Since I was not able to fly back and forth to FL, Garret helped with design and color decisions and feedback whenever asked too. He went above and beyond his job description. There were no delays with their work. Extra small things that we wanted to upgrade to the home were also accomodated. Josh, his partner did amazing and beautiful work on the parts of the home he worked on. The Italian marble tile work on our backsplash walls in the kitchen were intricate and detailed. The the way Josh put all the peices together make it look like one peice of art. Their workmaship is top quaility. Additionally their style asthetic suggestions really resulted in a beautiful outcome in every corner of the home. Lsstly, both Garret and Josh are super kind and hardworking. I had the pleasure of recently seeing the home in person and hosting my mom's birthday here with the neighbors. Everyone was raving about the entire home. I also got to meet Josh and Garret in person as they have come to our rescue again when some pipes leaked in the garage and damaged part of our laundry room. I can't even tell that their was damage there recently. My mom is so happy to have her dream home back and upgraded. We are so grateful to have the model remoders to work with through this tragedy. I wish I could give them 6 stars!
